What should I check?
Does a previous confirmation mean a fake product?
The same customer may check again. Review the first confirmation time and the number of confirmations. Contact Tombacco if the history is unexpected.
Can a QR code and PIN be copied?
A printed QR and PIN can be copied. Confirmation history helps identify repeated use; contact Tombacco if the first confirmation is unexpected.
What information is recorded?
The system records checks and confirmations. A protected representation of your network address is used to limit excessive attempts; your name and location are not requested. Camera frames are processed on your device.
